Dinner @ Red Ribbon

When: October 3, 2010

I just noticed a while ago that Red Ribbon has improved its menu and now offers two kinds of soup - pumpkin and cream of spinach. Thanks to my diet because I found the perfect reason to taste their cream of spinach soup.

Palabok (Php 60) ~ Red Ribbon’s signature noodle dish topped with special orange sauce, sautéed pork, fried garlic, smoked fish flakes, green onions and eggs

Aside from their creamy carbonara, palabok is another dish which I always look for in any Red Ribbon branch. On the other hand, BF tried the all-beef salisbury steak and picked chocolate heaven among the featured cake varieties for the day. Yum.

At the end of our meal, I made a silent promise to myself that I'll try their savory tocino meal next time.  Breakfast time, that is. Hey universe, help me lose weight! :)
